how do you disable login screen for win xp home edition?

i have win xp home edition. whenever i turn on my computer, it goes to the login screen. i just press "escape" key or "enter" key, and then it goes to the desktop.

how do i set it up so that it doesn't go to the login screen but i go straight to desktop?

1) Click Start
2) then click Run
3) type: control userpasswords2
4) press enter
5) uncheck the "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" checkbox
6) Click OK.
7) Enter the user name and password (keep blank if you don't have one) for your account.
click ok
