Nintendo DS lite:I turn the dang thing on and automatically it goes to DS Download Play. How do I fix it?

I tried tuning the DS off and back on... it just does the same thing. I'am not trying to connect via internet. I am playing Jamie Oliver for pete's sake. Please help. I've looked online for info on trouble shooting but nothing has turned up thus far.

I tried turning it off and on... doesn't work just goes back to DS Download Play.

Try taking out the game then turning it on again and vice-verse. I never ran into anything like that so I hope this helps.
