Good PlayStation 2 titles?

What would be some good PS2 titles? I play most genres, though i'm not a huge fan of sport games, kareoke games and quiz games. I currently own:

Games you absolutely must have, and if you don't, you're dead inside:

We Love Katamari (reason: it's so damned addicting, cute, and fun!)

Jak and Daxter series (reason: amazingly put together, beautiful storyline, fun gameplay. However, you'd want to play Jak and Daxter first, then Jak and Daxter 2, and Jak and Daxter 3. It makes everything so much easier to understand)

Ratchet and Clank series (reason: [same as Jak and Daxter], and same developers as Jak and Daxter)
