If video games and TV were outlawed for kids under 18, would it raise their learning skills AND?

IQ?

My bet is HECK YES. Why are parents so heck bent to make sure every kid has a Nintendo or Wii or Rock Band then?
Funny how almost NO adults answered this and overwhelmingly, with kids voting, they are against my idea.
