How do I print my xbox 360 shipping label?

i already have the shipping request number, now when i go to my repair status, i put in the code and my zip code, but it says

No service requests were found, please re-enter your information to try again or Sign In at Device Service Home to view all repair requests.

because of this, i can't print out the shipping label!

what can i do?
when i go to repair status, it says they havent' received my tracking number!

i got the same problem they sent me an email saturday and they said they sent me a label but i didn't get the printing label im trying to start over but i can't un register it.
